Brand Blueprint
These Social Media Management Terms and Conditions govern all social media services provided by Brand Blueprint. By engaging Brand Blueprint for social media management, content creation, advertising support, or strategy, you agree to these terms along with the general Terms and Conditions of www.brandblueprint.co.in.
- Scope of Social Media Services
Brand Blueprint provides social media services including strategy development, content planning, creative design, captions, scheduling, platform management, advertising support, and performance reporting where agreed. The exact scope, platforms, posting frequency, ad support, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the proposal, quotation, or written communication shared with the client prior to onboarding.
- Onboarding and Payment
All social media engagements require advance payment. Services begin only after payment confirmation and completion of onboarding requirements, including access to social media accounts, brand guidelines, approvals, and content inputs. Any pre-payment discussions or audits are exploratory and do not constitute a binding service commitment.
- Content Strategy and Creation
Content is created based on brand positioning, audience understanding, platform trends, and strategic intent. While Brand Blueprint strives to maintain quality and relevance, creative output remains subjective. Approval timelines depend on client responsiveness. Delays in feedback or approvals will impact posting schedules without liability to Brand Blueprint.
- Posting and Scheduling
Posting schedules are planned in advance based on the agreed content calendar. Missed posts due to delayed approvals, platform outages, access issues, or client-side changes shall not be considered a service failure. Brand Blueprint is not responsible for real-time posting unless explicitly agreed.
- No Growth or Performance Guarantees
Brand Blueprint does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, reach, leads, or sales. Social media performance depends on algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, content consumption patterns, and platform policies, all of which are beyond our control. Any projections or past results are indicative only.
- Paid Advertising Support
If paid advertising support is included, ad budgets are to be borne by the client and are separate from management fees. Brand Blueprint does not guarantee ad performance, approvals, or results. Ad accounts are subject to platform policies and review processes.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals, and necessary access. Clients must ensure compliance with platform policies, advertising guidelines, and applicable laws. Brand Blueprint shall not be liable for account restrictions, bans, or penalties resulting from client actions or content.
- Platform Dependencies
Brand Blueprint uses third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social networks. We do not control platform algorithms, policy changes, technical issues, or account actions. Any disruptions or losses arising from platform behavior are beyond Brand Blueprint’s liability.
- Account Ownership and Access
All social media accounts remain the property of the client. Brand Blueprint acts as a manager or collaborator only. Access may be revoked in cases of non-payment, abuse, or termination of services.
- Content Ownership and Usage
Upon full payment, clients own the final approved social media content created for them. Brand Blueprint retains rights to showcase content, creatives, and results in portfolios, presentations, and case studies unless restricted in writing. Unused drafts, rejected ideas, or working files remain the intellectual property of Brand Blueprint.
- Revisions and Changes
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Frequent changes in direction, additional revisions, or out-of-scope requests may be chargeable. Changes requested after content approval or posting may not be feasible.
- Termination of Services
Brand Blueprint reserves the right to terminate social media services in cases of non-payment, repeated delays, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, abuse, or misuse of content. Clients may terminate services only if Brand Blueprint fails to deliver the agreed scope. Payments already made are non-refundable for work completed or in progress.
- Limitation of Liability
Brand Blueprint shall not be liable for reputational impact, business losses, account performance, or indirect damages arising from social media activities. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service period.
- Governing Law
These Social Media Management Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Updates to Social Media Terms
Brand Blueprint reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
