Brand Blueprint

 

These Web Development Terms and Conditions govern all website design and development services provided by Brand Blueprint. By engaging Brand Blueprint for any website-related work, you agree to these terms along with the general Terms and Conditions of www.brandblueprint.co.in.

  • Scope of Website Services

Brand Blueprint provides website design and development services including but not limited to business websites, landing pages, portfolio websites, e-commerce websites, UI and UX design, content structuring, basic SEO setup, and website maintenance where agreed. The exact scope of work, features, timelines, platforms, and deliverables are defined in the proposal, quotation, or written communication shared with the client prior to project initiation.

  • Project Initiation and Payment

All website projects require advance payment before work begins. A project is considered officially initiated only after payment confirmation and receipt of required content, approvals, and access from the client. Any discussions, mockups, or suggestions shared before payment are exploratory and do not constitute a binding agreement.

  • Content and Inputs from Client

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful content including text, images, videos, logos, brand assets, and access credentials required for the website. Brand Blueprint shall not be responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or performance issues arising from incomplete, delayed, or incorrect content provided by the client.

  • Timelines and Project Delays

All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, third-party dependencies, and client responsiveness. Delays caused due to late feedback, delayed approvals, content submission, or change in scope will automatically extend project timelines without liability to Brand Blueprint.

  • Revisions and Scope Changes

Website projects include revisions as defined in the agreed scope. Requests beyond the approved scope, additional features, redesigns, or functional changes will be treated as change requests and may attract additional charges and timeline extensions. Repeated changes in direction may require re-evaluation of the project scope.

  • Hosting, Domain, and Third-Party Services

Unless explicitly included, Brand Blueprint does not provide domain registration or hosting services. Any hosting, domain, plugins, themes, or third-party services used are subject to their respective terms and policies. Brand Blueprint is not responsible for downtime, data loss, security breaches, suspensions, or service interruptions caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or third-party tools.

  • Testing and Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing the website thoroughly during the testing phase. Once final approval is provided, the website will be considered delivered. Any changes requested after approval will be treated as new work and may be chargeable.

  • Website Handover and Ownership

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed website design and development work is transferred to the client. Brand Blueprint retains rights over underlying frameworks, methodologies, custom processes, and internal development assets. Access credentials and website control will be handed over after payment completion.

  • Post-Launch Support

Any post-launch support, maintenance, updates, or changes are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement. Brand Blueprint shall not be responsible for issues arising after handover due to third-party updates, server issues, client modifications, or external factors.

  • Client Modifications and Third-Party Interference

Brand Blueprint shall not be responsible for website issues caused by changes made by the client or third parties after handover. Any troubleshooting or fixes required due to such changes will be chargeable.

  • SEO and Performance Disclaimer

Basic SEO setup, if included, does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, or performance. Website speed, ranking, and performance depend on multiple external factors beyond Brand Blueprint’s control.

  • Security Disclaimer

While reasonable measures are taken during development, Brand Blueprint does not guarantee complete security against hacking, malware, or cyber threats. Clients are encouraged to maintain security updates, backups, and best practices after handover.

  • Termination of Website Services

Brand Blueprint reserves the right to terminate website services in cases of non-payment, repeated delays, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, or misuse of the website. Payments made for completed or ongoing work shall not be refundable.

  • Limitation of Liability

Brand Blueprint shall not be liable for business losses, data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the website development service.

  • Governing Law

These Web Development Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.

  • Updates to Web Development Terms

Brand Blueprint reserves the right to update or modify these Web Development Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
