This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Brand Blueprint. By engaging our services, making a payment, or continuing communication after payment, you agree to the conditions stated in this policy.
- About Brand Blueprint
Brand Blueprint is a proprietorship firm owned and operated by Pravin Kumar Pathak, with its registered office at 18 Rabindra Sarani, Poddar Court, Gate No. 1, Room No. 312, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700001. All services are provided under the brand name Brand Blueprint.
- Advance Payments
All services offered by Brand Blueprint require advance payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Advance payments are collected to secure resources, allocate time, initiate planning, and begin execution. No service is considered confirmed until the advance payment is received.
- No Refund Policy After Service Commencement
Once a service has commenced, payments made to Brand Blueprint are non-refundable. Service commencement includes but is not limited to onboarding, strategy discussions, research, planning, account setup, design drafts, development work, campaign structuring, or any form of execution. This policy exists because time, expertise, and operational costs are immediately invested once work begins.
- Exception in Case of Non-Delivery
A refund may be considered only in cases where Brand Blueprint fails to deliver the agreed service without reasonable cause. Any such refund, if approved, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the undelivered portion of the service. Refund requests must be raised in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel services after payment has been made, no refund shall be issued for work already completed or in progress. In the case of ongoing retainers, cancellation will be effective only at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pending dues must be cleared before cancellation is processed.
- Delays Caused by Clients
Brand Blueprint shall not be responsible for delays caused due to late approvals, delayed content, lack of access, or unresponsiveness from the client. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations without liability. Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly without penalty to Brand Blueprint.
- Payment Defaults and Non-Compliance
In cases of delayed or missed payments, Brand Blueprint reserves the right to pause work, suspend services, revoke access to deliverables, or terminate the engagement. Services will resume only after outstanding dues are cleared. Non-payment does not entitle the client to a refund or partial refund.
- Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution. Brand Blueprint shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
- Service Pauses and Holds
Requests to pause services do not guarantee timeline extensions or resource availability. Any service hold is subject to mutual agreement and operational feasibility. Payments already made remain non-refundable during service holds.
- Force Majeure
Brand Blueprint shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, platform outages, or technical failures. Such events do not qualify for refunds.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from refunds, cancellations, or payments shall be resolved through arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Policy Updates
Brand Blueprint reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement or use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
